Line between the Face ???

    Why is there a line in the middle of the face, but only at a far distance.

    So, a lot of the time when people UV unwrap a model, they overlap certain things. In your case, I'd be willing to bet that if you select the face and check out its UVs, it's folded in half so that both sides of the face are exactly mirrored.

    This usually doesn't cause much problem, but for some reason in VRChat with certain shaders, it turns into a line. The most common being down the center of the face, but only at a certain distance.

    The fix is to re-UV unwrap the face so that it's splayed out fully. You'll probably need to mark some seams so that the detail in the center of the face is preserved more. I usually Texture Atlas and unwrap the UVs on the face for this reason:
