Messed up finger bones

    Recently, I have begun to import models from Garry's Mod into VRchat, I have ran into an issue with finger bones in some of the models I want to port over, this is the end product once it's in VRchat.


    So I went back into unity and blender to look at the model and I believe I know what the issue is, the arms are slightly twisted, however I am unsure of how to fix this issue.


    I also believe it may be something to do with the way the model is t-posed in blender, which I am unsure of how to edit or fix.


    I have looked around for at least two days for some way to fix this issue and even tried to tinker with it myself a bit, however I have not found any solutions, I have practically no experience with unity or blender, I only know the process of porting a model over and applying textures to said models.
    Any help would be highly appreciated.
