T-Pose Problems

    So whenever I try to rig my model as humanoid in unity it turns everything backwards except the feet. When i try to do it without the forced T-pose the avatar turns out all wonky with its legs crossed and arms in the air. The avatar looks fine in blender and doesn't seem to have any issues but whenever i try to rig in unity everything doesn't go as planned. I've gone through and made sure everything looks ok and i don't see any problems with the bone parenting or anything of that sort but I'm not sure.

    I've tried turning rotating the model while rigging but it just says the pelvis and feet are wrong then.
    Any ideas on how to fix this?
