I'm having trouble when i import a model from blender to unity for a vrchat avatar. unity for some reason is increasing the polygons to an insane level. In blender my model shows 13,157 verts, 19,869 faces, and 19,869 tris, but when i import it to unity it somehow ends up showing as having 2,147,483,647 polygons.

Here is the software i'm using:
    Blender 2.79b
    CATS Blender Plugin
    Material Combiner
    Vrchat SDK2
Unity Hub, Latest Version (maybe this is the problem?)

Here are the steps i'm taking:
Import MMD model .pmx file into blender using CATS
    fix model
    use all model options
add eye tracking and lip sync
    manually merge extra bones
create material atlas and merge all
    export as .fbx
    open unity hub 3d project
    load in SDK
    load in .fbx model.

once i load in the model and check the SDK control panel and go to the builder, it shows i have 2.1billion polygons. i have no idea why this is happening.

Please go easy on me, i just learned to use blender and unity yesterday. Thanks in advance for the help!
